Make sure to attend all scheduled appointments and discuss any concerns or questions you may have.Focus on NutritionI touched on this in the first-trimester blog post, but in case you missed that, please eat healthily. Continue to take your prenatal vitamins daily to ensure that you are getting all the nutrients you need. Stay hydratedDrinking enough water is important during pregnancy, as it helps to prevent dehydration, constipation, and urinary tract infections. Aim to drink at least eight glasses of water a day, and consider carrying a water bottle with you to remind yourself to drink throughout the day.I started off with this bottle, but eventually bought this one because the first one was too damn big to be carrying around with me. Once you’re approved, I recommend checking out some prenatal yoga classes. Get enough rest As your body changes and your baby grows, you may find that you need more rest than usual.
