This will help you gain clarity and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.Set Realistic Goals for YourselfJust because you have a thousand things on the list, does not mean you have to accomplish a thousand of those things today. Of the daily list you just created, decide which ones are top priority and must be completed before the day is through. Use the Pomodoro TechniqueThe Pomodoro Technique is a time management method. The idea is to dedicate 25 minutes to a task with a 5-minute break. After four consecutive 25-minute sessions, you can take a 30-minute break. This method helps people with ADHD to focus because there is an understanding that you only have 25 minutes to get as much done as you can, and then you have to move on.
